Are your training budgets tight? Here is a perfect way to make your budget go further.
One of the key budgets in employee training is the course development costs. Whether you contract someone to develop it for you, or you do it in-house there's always a cost. And this can be significant.
We typically budget 10 days of the development cost for every day of delivery. So a one day course gets 10 days worth of development time and costs on average.
So there's a risk the training doesn't get designed properly when the budget's not there. A great solution is to use our ready-for-use training course packages.
We know how long it takes to develop your own courses from research to design and development. So our solution offers a time and cost-effective answer.
We provide everything you need to deliver your own programme immediately. Add your trainer, participants and the venue and you're ready to go.Buy Here

In this module the focus is on the welcome and introductions as well as course overview and a course contract between group members and the tutor on what is needed to make the course a great success.
This module begins by asking participants to consider their strengths and limitations in their role as collection agents.
It then covers why businesses struggle to get their invoices paid and how they can avoid the pitfalls that lead to debtors, why customers don't pay their invoices and the different debtor types they may face in their role as well as an introduction to the CAP model and the role cash plays in the life of a business.
This module covers to identify the most common excuses debtors give for unpaid invoices or fees not being received and the current approach to handling these.
it also covers the classic traits of debtors, their behaviours and communication styles and how to manage these effectively.
Participants learn how to plan and manage a call effectively as well as how to set up successful payment arrangements and negotiate a payment plan.
They also learn how to use active listening skills, effective questioning technique and a structured conversation to make an effective collection call.
The module includes practice sessions so participants can apply their skills. They will also learn how to use changes in their voice tone, pace , volume and pitch to communicate effectively during telephone contact with the customer and when to use scripts to help make their calls more effective.
Participants are given the chance to further practise their skills in teams and apply what they have learned in during the course whilst being observed by a fellow participant. The sessions include reviews where all participants receive personal feedback on their strengths and areas for further development and focus.
