I come from a design background with a BA Hons degree in Fashion and Textiles Design. With an eye for detail and a passion for anything creative it’s no wonder that customer experience is so intrinsically important to me.
l believe your business acts like a catwalk for your services or products, and this is why the design skills, expertise and creative flair that my company brings are so important in all the work we do especially in customer service, customer experience and employee engagement.
I’m keen on not only challenging our clients to consider the strategic issues but also the little details that can make such a big difference to customers. Often it can be the smallest of details that can turn a bland and unmemorable experience into a positive and unforgettable one. All our design work, branding, courses and training design is tailor made and inspired in house by our team at The Customer’s Shoes.
And when I am not working? Well, one of my passions is travel and when I am not discovering new areas in the South Of France, I can be found sipping a Caffè ristretto at Caffè Florian in the Piazza San Marco in Venice, Italy’s oldest Café. Here you can be seated in one of the café’s frescoed rooms or outside listening to the orchestra in the Piazza, enjoying impeccable service and products of the finest quality!
